The first participants of these trainings were fastidious and result oriented people: businessmen, politicians, top-managers. They were requiring practical results: career growth, developing of business, improving of wealthiness etc. At the moment when the character of experiment results became stabile the list of social groups of participants was extended, they were from different social groups with different professional occupation: students and managers, directors and engineers, designers and lawyers, bank officers and IT-specialists. So they had higher education. The age of participants varied from 23 to 46 years old. During the first month after the training set all of them were asked to write down the changes that happened in their lives after the training. We’ll be talking on results a bit later.
These results, observations and experiments made possible to arrive at the following conclusions.
Since the biological species can easily mark out the leader among them as it bears the special behavioral leader characteristics, the human being also has own behavioral models which he uses and responds unconsciously. Any social interaction is characterized by the fight for leadership or initiative, the right to make decision. The fight for initiative, in other words leadership, is happening firstly on the level of the body and later on the intellectual level. So the body posture plays the most important role in any type of communicative process.
The idea was also to create a universal technique that could fix and support the state of leadership during any social interaction.
After series of experiments the posed problem was successfully solved. Discovered postures types were defined as placing: "‘placing above", "placing below", and "balance" posture between them.
The posture "‘Placing above" includes anatomically right posture. But it is very complicated to keep it during communication where you have to think, analyze, talk, and certainly to move. It seems to be something immovable, like a scheme in the studying book. It is very hard to keep right posture without any reference points. The decision was to orient to the feeling. So the ‘placing above’ is characterized by very comfortable body feeling. Like you are looking TV show sitting in a cozy armchair. That is a position of observer. The movements are a bit slow and lazy. Those who know how to keep this posture automatically inspires respect to the people around. As usual politicians, different types of chiefs instinctively know the importance of this pose. In any time this pose was a main feature of the aristocrats, noble people.
The opposite posture "placing below" is characterized by uncomfortable feeling of a body. The voice intonation of such person are weeping, he feels like he is weighted down by something heavy. He is a slouched forward, he has fussy manners, and he is too emotional, moves too much. So it is a pose of dependant person, a servant so to say.
The difference between placing above and placing below is in a connection point between neck and spine. Placing above is generated when the neck and spine form the single line. In placing below there is an angle between them. Anyway it is very disadvantageous position. Any decisions that are made in this position are not profitable and will have negative consequences. It’s better to avoid placing below.
The balance posture is a middle position. It is a middle moment when a person does not weep but he is not an observer as well. It may be described as right anatomical posture in motion.
