Inga Smolnikova, 40, is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University, Law School (specialization in civil process law and international private law), was participating in training programs of the NATO Press Office and UNCITRAL on international trade law (Annual Willem C.Vis International Commerce Arbitration Moot). More than 8 years has been working in the inter-parliamentary organizations of the CIS and Custom Union (EurAsEC), was involved in legislative process of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and national parliaments of the CIS countries.
Since 2004 she is a certificated training expert in EFSI temperological methods; lecturer on the EFSI Methodology (in English and German languages as well). Nowadays, she is a leading training specialist on the EFSI Methodology of the Open Temperological Institute in St. Petersburg.
Irida Tyunnk, 35, is graduate of Moscow State University (with specialization in economics and management). She is a leading training specialist of the Open Temperological Institute in Moscow.
Since 2002 she is a certificated training expert in the EFSI temperological methods (including RSG); author of personal innovative training method of the EFSI Methodology communicative studies.
